Cooking wood provides a steady, long-lasting fire which makes it ideal for cooking or smoking for extended periods of time. All wood is heat treated to a minimum interior temperature of 71 degrees Celsius for at least 75 minutes. Heat treatment eliminates pests and prevents mold.
