Masontops fermentation kit makes fermenting your own vegetables quick and easy, eliminating the risk of mold and the need to monitor your ferment on a daily basis. Make probiotic-rich food easily ad successfully. Kit includes: 4 pickle pipes - 1-piece waterless airlock that allows gas to escape as necessary without letting any contaminants back flow into the jar and screws into place using any standard mason jar band; 4 pickle pebbles discs ensures vegetables stay below the surface of the brine thereby eliminating exposure to oxygen; and 1 pickle packer - 2.5 In. W. x 10 In. tall wooden packer for both wide-mouth and regular-mouth mason jars. Step by step guide and 7 recipes included.
