For example, sitting at the mouth of the oven is a 2-inch stainless steel pizza ledge that allows you to rest and inspect your food before popping it back in or taking it out. The 14-inch baking stone flares out an extra two inches at the mouth, giving you even more cooking space to play with (giving it a total surface area of roughly 200 inches) for launching pizzas or loading food into the oven. Once your food is in the oven, the advanced G2 Gas Technology takes over.
