Long lasting weatherproofing protection, Low temperature flexibility down to -30 degrees. Waterproofs and weatherproofs metal, weathered single ply membranes, asphalt built-up and modified bitumen roofing substrates. Water-based coating offers 87% initial reflectivity and 77% weathered reflectivity for advanced energy efficiency. 2 coats recommended for durable protection; dries to the touch in 4 hours and recoat after 24 hours.
