Description

Rust-Oleum Clear Finish Floor Topcoat is a ready-to-use interior/exterior concrete protective coating formulated for use on garages, carports, driveways, basements, porches, patios, walkways, pool decks, and high traffic areas. Use over bare concrete or over 1-part floor paints to add a protective, gloss finish that resists damage from hot tires, motor oil, grease, and gasoline. UV and weather resistant gloss finish is easy to maintain and resists fading and peeling. Coverage area: 150 to 250 Sq. Ft. over bare concrete and 300 to 400 Sq. Ft. over coated concrete. Surface should be ready for light foot traffic in 24 hours. For full cure and vehicle traffic, allow 5 days. Dry times increase at cooler temperatures. Only 1 coat is necessary, if a second coat is desired wait 4 hours before applying in a direction perpendicular to the first. Environmentally friendly.
